Welcome to EcomHub AI.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EcomHub AI, including our website at https://ecomhub.ai, our application at https://app.ecomhub.ai, and related artificial intelligence-powered ecommerce services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or tokens, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About EcomHub AI
EcomHub AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help entrepreneurs create and customize ecommerce stores.
Our Services may include:
AI-generated Shopify storefront designs
AI-generated logos, branding, and marketing images
Product descriptions, headlines, and marketing content
Product import and store configuration tools
Store previews and downloadable storefront assets
Shopify installation and integration features
AI content regeneration and design customization
Subscription plans and prepaid token packages
EcomHub AI provides software tools. We do not operate or manage customers' ecommerce businesses on their behalf.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may register using email and password or supported third-party authentication providers, such as Google or Apple.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans
EcomHub AI offers monthly subscription plans that provide recurring allocations of tokens.
Available plans and included features are displayed on our website or within the application.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fee automatically at each billing interval until the subscription is canceled.
The subscription price, billing frequency, and included token allocation will be disclosed before purchase.
Subscription plans may have different token allocations, generation limits, access restrictions, or included features.
4. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through the available account billing interface.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Customers retain subscription access until the scheduled cancellation date.
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges after cancellation takes effect. It does not automatically reverse payments already processed.
Previously credited, unused tokens remain associated with the customer's account after cancellation and do not expire under the current token policy.
Customers should cancel before their next scheduled renewal to avoid an additional charge.
Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Token System
EcomHub AI uses a prepaid token system for eligible AI-powered operations.
Tokens may be obtained through monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Tokens are digital service credits usable only within EcomHub AI. They are not cryptocurrency, stored monetary
